181 Fremont St Condos Details

181 Fremont is the tallest mixed use building in SF, standing at 700 ft. (802.5 ft., including the spire) above the sought after Rincon Hill neighborhood. The building is deemed to be the “Most Luxurious Building in the West Coast” by Forbes Magazine.

The development site for 181 Fremont – which has a zero lot line on a 0.35 acre parcel – was purchased by Jay Paul Company in 2013, and construction started later that year, with official groundbreaking ceremonies on Nov. 2013. Construction costs for 181 Fremont are estimated to be $650 million.

181 Fremont is a 70 story high rise condo building with angled top and diagonal exoskeletal structure consisting of 435,000 square feet of superb Class A office spaces, and 67 ultra-luxury condos on the top 17 floors of the tower, including 2-bedroom condos to the full-floor penthouse.

All of the condos will have floor to ceiling windows, soaring ceilings, and clear column-free layouts (which is a big advantage!). The 67 condos include 55 original residences as well as 12 accessory suites that can be bundled up with the residences at time of purchase. The unparalleled views start from 52nd floor – at the sky lounge level- and continue from there – so residents of all levels will experience jaw-dropping views of the whole bay.

A 5-th floor skybridge will link 181 Fremont to the new Transbay transit center –the city’s new major transportation hub – and its 5.4 acres recreational landscaped rooftop.
